Teachers can progress higher up the pay scale through successful performance management. Your pay will be determined on the HMS pay scale (to be discussed on appointment). Working hours will be agreed together with HMS. Our new teachers must be able to commit to deliver 33 teaching weeks over the academic year. This role may involve travel between agreed locations and therefore having your own vehicle is preferred, but not essential. Work can take place during the school day, evenings, and Saturday mornings with the option of additional work on school holiday courses. The role can involve individual, shared, and small group teaching, whole class teaching and ensemble direction.
